LitBuy is a China shopping agent. You give it a product link from Taobao, Weidian, 1688 or a similar marketplace, it buys the item for you, receives it at its warehouse in China, takes quality-check photos and ships your items abroad in one international parcel. Its homepage advertises purchasing at 0% markup and worldwide delivery.

The agent is called LitBuy (one word, at litbuy.com). People also type "lit buy" or "littlebuy". LittleBuy, at littlebuy.info, is this independent guide and spreadsheet.

It means the agent advertises that it charges the same item price as the seller, without adding a margin on top. Shipping and optional services are still paid separately.

Returns are easiest while the item is still in the warehouse in China. After international shipping, returns are usually not possible or are very expensive.

Ask the agent for an exchange or return to the seller, and describe the problem clearly, for example "loose stitching on the left cuff".
